I put in one extra chicken breast so it's thick enough to put into a tortilla (like chili verde).

You are so funny to post about the soup. I'm glad you liked it! I have never thought about making it thick and sticking it in tortillas. I am definitely going to try it!
I wish we lived closer and then you could just come over for dinner!
