As mentioned in previous posts, I have been working on losing weight by becoming more active and eating healthy. When I first made the decision to make these changes, a friend of mine posted this video on Facebook and it was like a message that I had made the right decision:
What a laugh! When I was in my 20s, I would ask my dad to help me with my car. When he helped, I was charged with handing him the tools....this video made me laugh so hard when I saw it - especially the last minute of the video:
